-
What information do you need in order to ship materials?
We must always have the following information:
Name of a school or organization (i.e., Central High School or BSA Troop 5267)
UPS street address of school or organization
City, State, Zip code
Telephone number with area code
E-mail address of teacher or organization's contact
-
Why do we need to provide a "Start Date?"
When you select a "Start Date" in Step 3 of the online ordering process, please keep the following in mind:
- As a guideline, place an order six (6) weeks before intended course start date.
- Orders received during a weekend or holiday will not be reviewed until the following business day. Materials are shipped on normal business days (no weekends or holidays).
- Your order will be stored in a holding tank until it is placed with our fulfillment center.
-
How are the materials shipped?
The materials are shipped via UPS Ground rates. We do not ship to a P.O. Box. The only exception is we do ship to an APO.
-
How will I know my materials have been shipped?
The order is filed and processed according to the course start date. When the order is placed with our fulfillment center, an E-mail will be generated by UPS with tracking information sent directly to the E-mail address on file. The High School Department staff does not have access to this tracking E-mail. Please keep this E-mail for your records and follow up with UPS about tracking questions. Note: There is lag time between the date the order is placed and the date it is processed.
-
How long will it take for me to receive my materials?
Our normal turnaround time for materials to be delivered is two (2) to four (4) weeks. Even if you place an order a head of time, materials will not be shipped until 2 to 4 weeks before the start date.
